Dr.Eng. Mohammed-Amine KOULALI is Assistant Professor at National School of Applied Sciences of Oujda from where he graduated in 2006 with a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering. He was then awarded two Masters of Science, From the University of Franche Comté, Besançon-France and the Mohammed I University, Oujda-Morocco in 2009. He received His PhD in Computer Science from the University of Mohammed V-Souissi, Rabat-Morocco in 2012.

He served as a reviewer for several international conferences and journals. Also, He has been a Technical Program committee member for various international conferences and workshops.

His research interests are in the areas of ubiquitous computing, Internet of Things, Game theory, Geometric Deep Learning, Deep Reinforcement Learning.
