The training will allow participants to:

Demonstrate the importance of Planning in setting up DWS programs and projects, with a view to the sustainable development of the sector.
Know how to identify the scope of implementation of a planning process: time, space, existing interactions (with other sectors), operational, institutional actors, etc.

At a time when sustainability (or sustainability) is very present or at least is announced as required in all development projects, it is often forgotten that sustainable development in a complex and vital sector such as water, is possible only as part of a Planning process, on a relevant time and space scale.

This module is dedicated to all actors working in the water sector in general and those of the EPA in particular. It is intended for technical profiles at all levels, as well as for financial and managerial staff responsible for the planning, programming of projects and programs. This applies to EPA operators (at the national or municipal level), regulatory bodies in the sector, institutional bodies or any other professional actor (companies, consulting engineering firms, user associations, etc.) acting in the sector.
