M. WALID BENMANSOUR 

Architect, Real Estate Expert and Consultant, Specialist in Digital Transformation and Construction 4.0, and BIM Instructor with applications in Architecture at SAP+D, UM6P, Benguerir, Morocco. A graduate of ENA Rabat in 2007 with over 18 years of experience, Walid BENMANSOUR has held several key positions in architecture and digital transformation. From November 2007 to November 2019, he served as a project lead architect overseeing operations in the Greater Casablanca region and later as head of the agency at the NOUZHA MKINSI Architect firm (specialized in architecture and delegated project management) in Rabat, Morocco. From December 2020 to December 2023, Walid BENMANSOUR was Deputy General Manager of TERRA MODUS, where he deepened his expertise in real estate, digital transformation in construction, and Construction 4.0 through BIM processes and the application of Scan to BIM on prestigious projects such as the MVI Tower, the CHUIS Hospital in Rabat, and the Moulay Abdallah Sports Complex in Rabat. Since December 2023, he has been working as an architect, real estate expert consultant, and specialist in digital transformation and Construction 4.0. In 2024, Walid BENMANSOUR took on the role of Academic and Student Affairs Director at SAP+D (School of Architecture, Planning & Design) at UM6P in Benguerir.
